As a Lockheart Estates affiliate, you can earn £500 for every successful referral that leads to a property sale through our auction service and £2000, for a flip n split referral when the property is sold. It’s a simple and rewarding way to help someone sell their home while earning a genuine thank-you for the introduction.

To keep things transparent, legal, and fair for everyone, there are a few important rules to follow.

• Don’t mislead sellers – Never claim to be part of Lockheart Estates or misrepresent the service. You're introducing them, not selling on our behalf.
• Don’t pressure anyone – The referral must be made in good faith, with no aggressive or coercive tactics.
• Don’t offer advice – Please don’t give legal, financial, or sales advice to the seller. That’s our job once the introduction is made.
• Don’t act as an estate agent – You’re not handling the sale, viewings, negotiations, or legal process. You're simply making an introduction.
• Don’t share private seller details without consent – Always get permission before passing on a person’s name or property info.
   

• Get a seller’s consent before submitting their details – this is a must and protects you and ensures the lead is genuine.
• Email us at hello@lockheartestates with the sellers name and address, also ask them to make mention of you when contacting us – it makes sure we log the lead under your name and contact you when it completes.
• Stay transparent – Let the seller know they’re being introduced to Lockheart Estates and that you may receive a referral fee if the property sells.
• Think locally – Great leads often come from friends, family, neighbours, tradespeople, or colleagues who know of a home that’s sticking on the market, in probate, or in need of a fast solution.
   

Once your referral results in a successful sale and completion, we’ll contact you to arrange payment.
We reserve the right to decline referral payments if rules are broken or if the seller disputes the introduction.

The referral fees come from the Lockheart Estates marketing budget and will never be charged to the seller.
